Wheelock and Company Limited

Wheelock and Company Limited ("Wheelock" or "the Company"), headquartered in Hong Kong, builds on a commercial heritage that dates back to 1857.

Wheelock holds three Principal Companies, namely The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (HKSE: 0004), Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited (HKSE: 1997) and Wheelock Properties Limited. Its total assets reached HK$241.3 billion (over US$30 billion) as of 30 June, 2022.

In 2020, Mr Peter K C Woo privatised the Company via World International Capital Group. Post privatisation, preparatory steps are underway to rationalise and consolidate 100% ownership of the Company under a new World International (Holdings) Limited, the previous name of the Company prior to 1993.
