Wheelock and Company Limited

Wheelock and Company Limited ("WAC" or "the Company") is headquartered in Hong Kong and builds on a commercial heritage that dates back to 1857.

The Company holds three Principal Companies, namely The Wharf (Holdings) Limited ("WHL", HKSE: 4), Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited ("Wharf REIC", HKSE: 1997) and Wheelock Properties Limited ("WPL").

In 2020, the Woo Family privatised the Company via World International Capital Group Limited ("WICG").

Post privatisation, the Company's holdings are consolidated under a new World International Holdings Limited ("WIHL"), the previous name of the Company prior to 1993, through its two arms World International Asset Management Limited ("WIAM") and Wheelock Holdings Pte Limited ("WHP").
