Post privatisation, the Company's holdings are consolidated under a new World International Holdings Limited ("WIHL"), the previous name of the Company prior to 1993. The Company operates through its two arms World International Asset Management Limited ("WIAM") and Wheelock Holding Pte. Limited ("WHP").
The Company holds three Principal Companies, namely The Wharf (Holdings) Limited ("WHL", HKSE: 4), Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited ("Wharf REIC", HKSE: 1997) and Wheelock Properties Limited ("WPL"). |
