Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Limited ("WPSL"), formerly known as Marco Polo Developments Limited, was incorporated in 1972 and is listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in 1981. Its principal activities are that of property investor and developer, with a focus on luxury residences. The company is a subsidiary of Wheelock and Company Limited. As the end of its financial year, 31 December 2015, WPSL had a market capitalization of over S$1.7 billion.
